Mobile Healthcare Services: Providing health treatment and supplies of foods

In collaboration with the State Maternal and Child Welfare Supervision Committee, Women's Affairs Association and the State Public Health Department, Mobile Healthcare services were provided to the local people at the pagoda in Sittwe Township on Friday.

Chief Minister U Htein Lin and wife, and concerned officials oversaw the rendering of healthcare services provided by medical specialists, doctors and nurses from Sittwe General Hospital (500 bedded). During the visit, the Chief Minister presented souvenirs and food assistance provided by Rakhine State Government to the healthcare personnel.

In addition, the provision of healthcare services and food assistances were provided to the local residents. Similarly, the Department of Traditional Medicine also provided free traditional medicines to the locals.

In Sittwe Township, provisions of health care and supplies of rice and food to the local residents and retired employees have been carried out under the supervision and guidance of the Rakhine State Government at the Sittwe General Hospital (500 bedded).
