Mine Explosion: Two students injured in Myeik Township

Two students injured by the mine explosion in Tone Byaw Gyi Village of Myeik Township of Tanintharyi Region. One 11th February, six student from the Basic Education High School in Tone byaw Gyi Village left for Taung Phi Lar Village to get school desks from the village high school to be used in the exams.

On their way, terrorists attacked the vehicle by planting mine, leaving two students injured. The security forces rushed to the incident area, and sent the two injured student to the Local Defence Services Hospital for medical treatment. The Public is urged to cooperate with the security forces to take action aganist the terrorists who conducted the mine activities.
