Millennia Pauk-Phaw Friendship: Myanmar has been nominated for the gold medal

Myanmar International Television (MITV) of Myanma Radio and Television under the Ministry of Information representing Myanmar participated in the 3rd ASEAN-China Friendship and Cooperation Short Video Contest with the title “Millennia Pauk-Phaw Friendship” and has been nominated for the gold medal.

The 3rd ASEAN-China Friendship and Cooperation Short Video Contest was jointly organized by the China’s Mission to ASEAN, the Permanent Mission of Myanmar to ASEAN, the ASEAN Secretariat, the Wuxi Municipal Government and other government departments and organizations.

10 members of Jurors from the People’s Republic of China and the ASEAN member states evaluated the contest videos and Myanmar has been selected for the gold medal. The two silver medals have gone to the contest videos produced by China and jointly conducted by Laos PDR and China.

The three bronze medals have been selected to the contest videos recorded by Malaysia, jointly produced by Singapore and China as well as Cambodia and China, respectively. Moreover, 15 Excellent Awards have been also presented.

The winning videos have been publicized on the website of the organizing committee after the joint evaluation of 10 judges from China and ASEAN countries. The awarding ceremony of the contest will be held online on 16th November. MITV also won the excellence award in the last year’s contest.
