Military Cooperation: Myanmar delegation tours in Russia

The delegation of the Myanmar Armed Forces led by Lt-Gen Kyaw Swa Lin of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army) paid a visit to the National Defense Management Center (NDMC) of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on Friday.
The Myanmar delegation are in the Russian Federation to attend the second meeting of the Myanmar-Russia Joint Anti-Terrorism Committee. During the visit, the official of NDMC explained the details of NDMC's processes and nationwide daily activities.
At the meeting hall of the Russian Ministry of Defense,Lt.GenMatovnikov Alexander Anatolyevich of Russian Armed Forces and Lt-Gen KyawSwa Lin inked the meeting minutes marking the successful completion of the meeting.
Next, Myanmar delegation met with Deputy Minister for Defence of the Russian Federation Colonel-General Alexander V Fomin. Upon the meeting, the two sides discussed security and training issues, including strengthening military cooperation between the two countries, ongoing issues and further cooperation.
