Message of Condolences: Russian Leaders express deep condolences and sympathy

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a message of condolences for the loss of lives and properties due to the devastating earthquake on March 28th.

In his message, the Russian President expressed his deep condolences on the tragic consequences of the earthquake in Sagaing and Mandalay Regions. Russia shares the grief of the friendly people of Myanmar, and asked to convey his words of sincere sympathy and support to those who have suffered the loss of their loved ones, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to all those affected by this natural calamity.

Likewise, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council D.A. Medvedev sent a message of condolences, expressing that he is deeply saddened to learn the significant earthquake that occurred in the Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, resulting in loss of lives and extensive damage. He extended his sympathy to the families and loved ones of the victims and wish for a speedy recovery to all the injured.
