Meeting with UN delegation: Humantarian affairs and emergency relief works

Member of the State Administration Council Chairman of the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee Union Minister Lt-Gen Yar Pyae met a delegation led by the third level high ranking official of UN and Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator-the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) Mr. Martin Griffiths at the National Solidarity and Peacemaking center in Nay Pyi Taw on Tuesday.

At the meeting, they discussed matters on humanitarian affairs, Myanmar’s peace processes and emergency relief works. Member of National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee Lt-Gen Min Naing, UN Resident Coordinator  in  Myanmar Mr. Ramanatha Balakrishnan, Head of UNOCHA in Myanmar Mr. Sajjad Mohammad, deputy head and officials joined the meeting and presented commemorative gifts.
