Meeting with UEC members: Shan State CM received UEC members

The Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung together with State Minister for Security and Border Affairs Col. Sein Win, Secretary of Shan State Government U Kyaw Kyaw Tun, Director of Shan State Immigration and Population Department and the Secretary of Shan State Election Commission, U Zaw Myint Win, met with Union Election Commission members U Than Soe and U Myint Oo at the Shan State Government Office in Taunggyi on 16th December. 

During the meeting, Union Election Commission member U Than Soe discussed the progress of verifying the accuracy of the voter lists and the preparations for conducting the 2025 elections. In response, Chief Minister U Aung Aung assured that, in accordance with the guidance of the State Administration Council, the Shan State Government would make all necessary preparations to ensure the success of the elections.
