



Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win held a meeting with officer trainees and trainers and families from the Pyin Oo Lwin Station at the convocation hall of Defence Services Academy on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Vice Senior General highlighted the performance of the SAC government and undertakings of the Tatmadaw. The State Administration Council is undertaking the tasks of nation building by organizing administrative committees step by step at the State, region and state, district and township levels.
In carrying out the national building tasks, the 5-Point Road Map and the 9-objectives have been amended to be compatible with the changing situations.
The Vice Senior General added that when the country's economy declined due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the SAC government encouraged domestic manufacturing. Efforts were made to stabilize the economy to a certain extent by arranging the state economic promotion fund.
Regarding the peace, the SAC government will continue to follow the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement. Preparations are underway to hold a free and fair multiparty democratic election. The Vice Senior General also urged the trainers to sharpen skills and turn out better officers.
Since Pyin Oo Lwin Station is the one which turns out human resources necessary in building the Tatmadaw into a more than capable one, all need to serve with pride in their service, he added.
After the meeting, the Vice Senior General provided foodstuffs for officers, other ranks and their families. Also, wife of the Vice Senior General provided cash assistance.
