








Member of State Administration Council Daw Dwe Bu together with Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan and wife and State Ministers arrived at Moe Hnyin Township by Tatmadaw Helicopter on 14th September.
Council member met with the district and Township departmental officials, Township’s elders, ward/Village administrators, ethnic literature and culture committee members, members of merchant’s associations, MSME entrepreneurs, members of Village work project implementing agriculture and livestock breeding with the country’s economic promotion fund, members of philanthropic associations and local residents at the Township Hall.
At the meeting, SAC member elaborated the government’s efforts for the comprehensive development of the country, food security, improvement of domestic products, promoting MSME industries, nurturing healthy, educated youth endowed with five strengths, internal peace, prevailing rule of law, peace and stability and to hold the free and fair multiparty democratic General election.
Next, the Township elders, members of associations, entrepreneurs and local residents reported requirements for the regional development. The Chief Minister explained the work implementations as per the fiscal year and the work undertakings for the development of agricultural sector and MSME industries.
In responding to the reports, SAC member coordinated requirements with the related Ministry and State government. Next, the SAC member and Chief Minister viewed the studying of the students in the IBPD Center and the learning English language proficiency and the students’ practical performance projects.
Afterward, the SAC member and Chief Minister attended the opening ceremony of new Otthapyaya three-story school building in Moe Hnyin University constructed with 574 million Kyats of the 2022-2023 fiscal year Union capital fund allocated by the State Administration Council and the Chief Minister and university rector opened the school building by cutting the ceremonial ribbon and the Chief Minister provided cash for the university. Then, the SAC member, Chief Minister and rector also opened new Mya Yadana three-story school building in the university compound by cutting ceremonial ribbon.
