




The Ministry of Labour is providing field medical treatment to the insured workers of Social Security Scheme at their respective work places by Mobile Medical Units.
On 9th January, medical treatments have been rendered to 75 patients along with the laboratory tests for 78 patients and ECG for 53 patients at Office No.51 of the Ministry of Labour. Union Minister U Myint Naung and officials looked into the health care services, provided by Mobile Medical Units.
The Social Security Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Labour is providing healthcare services for the insured workers at 3 SSB hospitals, 96 township clinics, 61 departmental clinics, 70 contracted clinics and 16 maternity clinics. Additionally, 3 Mobile Medical Units (MMU) are being provided for more effectiveness. It is learnt that, providing healthcare services will continue at respective insured departments in Nay Pyi Paw Council Area.
