Media Development: Video editing, photography and news writing training

A closing ceremony of a training on documentary video recording and editing, documentary photography and news writing was held at the Ministry of Information in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn gave a speech, saying that it is important for the media sector to follow the changing trend with the advancement of technology. As the flow of news on social networks has become very fast, it is important for the people to know about the activities of the department through media accurately and speedily with quality and constructive report.

The Union Minister urged the trainees to share the knowledge gained from the training at their work places, and cooperate in the efforts for development of the department and the nation. A total of 48 trainees from 12 ministries attended the training from 5th to 23rd September.
