MDY City Development: MDY CM inspected MCDC and hospitals

Mandalay Region Chief Minister U Myo Aung accompanied by region ministers visited University of Nursing Mandalay and met with the Rector Dr. Khin Win Sein and concerned officials on Wednesday.

There, the Rector Dr. Khin Win Sein and concerned officials clarified the preparations undertaking at the 6-storey multipurpose building for the successfully holding of 25th Anniversary Silver Jubilee of the university and the Chief Minister coordinated requirements.

Then, the Chief Minister and party visited Mandalay City Development Committee Motor Transport and Workshop Department and heard reports on condition of the business motor vehicles and machines.

After hearing reports, the Chief Minister stressed to use the machines and motor vehicles systematically in conducting cleaning and greening processes and to ensure the worksite safety.

As the required motor vehicles and machines are purchased as per the fiscal year, it’s necessary to emphasize the maintenance works for the long-term sustainability of the machines and vehicles. The Chief Minister also urged to make advanced preparations in case the natural disasters occur.

Then, the Chief Minister and party inspected the paving processes of the sidewalks in the compound of 500-Bed Orthopedic Hospital, Kandawnadi Hospital, University of Dental Medicine and 300-Bed Teaching Hospital.

Likewise, the Chief Minister inspected the construction of 1,120 ft long and 4 ft wide drainage between 300-Bed Teaching Hospital and the University of Dental Medicine and heard reports and fulfilled the needs.
