Matriculation Exams: Hopone hosts 192 local students and 264 from Hsiseng

The 6th day of 2024 Matriculation Exams continued on Saturday, with students sitting for Biology and Ecology subjects.
In Hopone of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone of Shan State (South), a total of 193 students registered for Biology subject at Hopone Basic Education High School No.1 exam centers, and among them, 192 students sat for their exam, accounting for 99.48 percent.
In Ecology subject, there were altogether registered 309 students, while 292 of them sat for the exams, which is 94.50 percent of total number. At the Hopone Basic Education High School No.2 Exam Center, among the listed 391 students for sitting Biology and Ecology Subjects from 4 exam centers in Hsiseng Township, 264 students sat for the exam, accounting for 67.52%.
To be able to sit exam peacefully, security measures of school compound and surrounding areas as well as health care services are being made systematically through collaboration among Chairman of Township Administration Committee and members, education officers, police force, health care officers and concerned officials.
