Maritime and aviation courses: The training courses are being given in relevant townships

With the aims at development of knowledge for the students and new generation during the summer holidays, being the productive holidays, pursuing skills following preference of hobby by the individual and turning out skillful new generation in maritime and aviation sectors, the opening ceremony of basic and advanced maritime and aviation trainings organized by the Tatmadaw (Navy) and Tamadaw (Airforce) were held at the training camps in relevant townships on 22nd April simultaneously.

The basic and advanced maritime training courses are being given to a total of 818 trainees in 10 maritime training camps of Tatmadaw (Navy) including camp (1) and (2) in Nay Pyi Taw, Inya Youth Maritime training camp and Coco Kyun camp in Yangon Region, Youth Maritime training camps in Hainggyi Kyun of Ayeyawady Region, Mawlamyaing in Mon State, Heinze area, Myeik and Kyunsu in Taninthayi Region, Mandalay and Kengtung of Shan State.Similarly, Tatmadaw (Airforce) is giving the basic and advanced aviation training courses including basic military parade, aviation history, basic knowledge on flight, basic concepts of aviation, Airfield Procedure, history of independence struggle and patriotic spirit, manuvering RC plane and helicopter and RC Flight Simulator to the 850 trainees at 17 training camps in relevant townships.

The basic and advanced maritime and aviation training courses were viewed and encouraged by the respective responsible officials and coordinated requirements, it’s reported.
