Maravijaya Buddha Image: Buddha Image packed with the crowds of pilgrims

The Maravijaya Buddha Image, the tallest of its kind globally and situated within Nay Pyi Taw’s Buddha Park, is packed with the crowds of pilgrims.

On 28th August, the pilgrims from the various parts of the country including the monks and elders paid obeisance to the Maravijaya Buddha Image, 720 stone plaque chamber pagodas, Thudhamma public houses, Muslinna Nagayon Buddha Image and observed the water fountain square, Maravijaya monastery, Agga Dhipati Sasana Beikman, Saddadhipati Bell, other religious edifices, Bridge, Garden in the Buddha Park peacefully in the mind, practice meditation, recite the religious verses by the Wut Associations and offered the cash donation.

The health personnel provide the healthcare to the elders who come to pay homage to the Maravijaya Buddha Image and the members of Myanmar Red Cross society and Myanmar Fire Service conveyed the elders who are difficult to walk with Wheel Chairs and gave necessary assistances.

The Maravijaya Buddha Image has been opening for the pilgrims in free of charge until the September 3rd from 6 AM to 8 PM.
