Maldivian temporarily halts flights to Bangladesh

Maldivian National Airline Tuesday announced a temporary suspension of its flights to Dhaka, Bangladesh. The airline disclosed that the stoppage is effective immediately, and airline resumption date will be announced later. The suspension is attributed to the current political instability in Bangladesh. Maldivian flights operate to Bangladesh once a week.
