Ananda brick edifice built in 1785 AD and located within the precincts of the Ananda Temple in the Bagan Archeological Area of Mandalay Region.

It was compared with other brick edifices in the World Heritage Site, the architecture and artworks are excellent, and the wall paintings are still intact.

A pilot project was carried out in accordance with the policy on the maintenance of religious buildings in the Bagan region with the aim of allowing the public to study the ink inscriptions and flower motifs in the donor record. People will be able to study the wall paintings depicting the cultural, social, and educational aspects of that era's social life, religion, and defense weapons.

In 2016, the Ananda brick edifice was affected by the earthquake. UNESCO, local and foreign experts and experts from the Department of Archaeology and National Museum are being carried out maintenance works.

To the east of the Ananda brick edifice, Min O Chanthar Pagoda which was built and worshiped by the King Kyansittha, Thatbyinnyu Temple and Nan U Pagodas of the King of the Alaungsithu to the west, and the Bagan Palace where the reigns of King Anawrahta and Kyansittha can be studied in succession.
