Maduro’s son speaks at the opening of the legislative session

NicolásMaduro Guerra, son of President NicolásMaduro, spoke at the opening of Venezuela’s National Assembly legislative session, condemning what he described as the kidnapping of his father and First Lady Cilia Flores.

In his address to lawmakers, opposition representatives, and international observers, Maduro Guerra accused foreign powers of violating international law and called for global solidarity with Venezuela. He described the alleged detention as an attack on Venezuela’s sovereignty and the international system, warning that normalizing such actions against a head of state could threaten the safety of all nations.
