Macron urges regional investment as Albania nears EU goal

French President Emmanuel Macron encouraged international investors to come to Europe, particularly Albania, a country that he believes will be in the European Union in 'two years'. The French head of state was speaking at an economic forum, 'Priorite Europe' on a visit to the Albanian capital Tirana, organised by the Future Investment Initiative of advertising executive Richard Attias.
