Macron receives William Ruto and Melinda French Gates on the sidelines of the Paris summit

French President Emmanuel Macron welcomes Kenyan President William Ruto, and the American businesswoman and philanthropist Melinda French Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, to the Elysee Palace on the sidelines of the summit that brought together some forty heads of state and government for two days in Paris.
