On June 7–8, French President Emmanuel Macron embarked on a landmark two-day state visit to Monaco, marking the first such visit in over four decades.
The trip underscored the shared commitment between France and Monaco to ocean preservation, ahead of the United Nations Ocean Conference in Nice. The visit concluded with a Heads of State lunch at the Monaco Yacht Club, emphasizing the strong diplomatic and environmental ties between France and Monaco.
