Lu-Ye Chun Excursion Tour: Preparation measures discussed for 2022-2023 academic year

During this academic year, 478 outstanding students have been selected for the Lu Ye Chun Project. These selected outstanding students will be sent on excursion tour to Bagan, Taunggyi and Ngwesaung Beach.

A preliminary meeting for the excursion tour was held at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Education on 5th April. Union Minister of Education Dr. Nyut Pe said that the implementation of the Lu Ye Chun outstanding students Program has been implemented with the aim of nurturing young students by setting the epitome of outstanding students.

He added that the outstanding students were selected from various regions and states, they will gain friendship, cooperation among others. They can exchange knowledge about their natives and could help increase nationalist fervour. He urged all the concerned personnel to make cooperative efforts in preparation measures for accommodation, catering, health care services through the study tour.

Director General U Kyaw Swa Thwin of Basic Education Department later clarified the 2022-2023 Acedamic Year Outstanding Students Program.The attendees also discussed the cooperation matters. The meeting concluded with the closing remarks by the Union Minister.
