Louvre reopens to Visitors after thieves stole royal jewels

The Louvre reopened Wednesday, three days after thieves stole royal jewels worth €88 million during a shocking heist on the world renowned museum. However, the Apollo Gallery, where the theft took place, remains closed, the Louvre said. Four thieves broke into the museum on Sunday and escaped with eight treasures on display, including pieces from Napoleon’s collection. According to Interior Minister, the investigation is progressing.
