Livestock breeding zone :YGN Region CM inspected livestock breeding zone in Tunte

The Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein together with the region ministers inspected the development status of Tunte Township Livestock Breeding Zone in the evening on 31st January.

First, the Chief Minister and party heard the report of Region Minister for Development (Mayor) U Bo Htay regarding with running livestock breeding by 8 entrepreneurs out of 21 in Zone (1), 2 out of 11 in Zone-2/section-1, 9 in zone zone-2/section-2, 22 in zone-2/section-3 and 5 in zone-3/section-2 have been permitted land plots.

Next, the Chief Minister and party viewed the digging artisan well which is 550 feet depth and 8 inches by the Irrigation and Water Utilization Management Department to supply water to the zone area and completion of main briefing hall of the livestock breeding zone.

Then, the Chief Minister and party also inspected the breeding of 2,000 Cherry Valley ducts, pig farm and chicken farm and rubber plantation in zone and heard the clarification of the responsible persons of the farms. In responding to the clarifications, the Chief Minister gave necessary instructions and suggestions.

From that livestock breeding zone, poultry meat, milk, eggs of chicken and duct and beef are distributing to the markets in Yangon.  Afterward, the Chief Minister and party inspected the concrete laying along the Hlaingthaya-Dala-Tunte Road which is 3 miles and 6 furlongs long and 24 feet wide and worksite of raising road shoulder and gave necessary instruction.
