Legal Affairs: Meeting with Advocates General and Law Officers

Union Minister for Legal Affairs and Union Attorney General Dr Thida Oo held a work coordination meeting with the Region and State Advocates General and Law Officers on Sunday.

The Union Minister explained the work undertakings of the ministry for development of legal affairs in cooperation with Russian Federation as well as the China-ASEAN Law Research Center.

She also outlined the plan for third strategic project for 2025-2029 of the Ministry, under the theme “Building Legal Trust for the People. Under this plan, five goals will be laid down, along with the implementation of 61 strategies. Moreover, e-library will be establish for law subject to support the teaching of law subject in Grade-12 syllabus, in addition to the conducting of diploma and training courses for university students and lawyers.
