Legal Affairs: Dy Minister holds meeting with legal officers

Deputy Minister for Legal Affairs and Deputy Attorney General Dr. Htein Lin Oo held a meeting with the Tanintharyi region, district and township legal officers in Dawei on Sunday.

In the meeting, the Deput Minister heard report on situation of legal offices in the Region, stressed that the law officers must make efforts to serve the state and public interest.  

The legal officers must be able to give correct and complete advice and to be free from corruption. In carrying out the cases, they must act correctly in accordance with the law. He urged the attendees to carry out the work of disseminating legal knowledge continuously. This meeting continued with sector-wise discussions.
