










President U Min Aung Hlaing departed from Minsk International Airport of Belarus on Saturday, for the Tuva Republic of the Russian Federation.
At Minsk International Airport, the President and his delegation were seen off by Mr. Viktor Karankevich, Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, along with officials from the Belarusian Government, the Ambassador of Belarus to Myanmar, responsible officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, the Ambassador of Myanmar to Belarus, staff of the Myanmar Embassy and family members.
Upon departure, the Belarusian Honor Guard saluted and bade farewell to the President with a military parade along the red carpet. The delegation arrived in Kyzyl, the capital of Russia’s Tuva Republic on the same evening. Tuva Republic Head Vladislav Khovalyg, members of the regional government, Myanmar Ambassador to Russia U Myo Moe Aung and officials warmly welcomed and greeted the Myanmar delegation at the airport.
Two young women dressed in traditional Tuva attire also welcomed the delegation and members, placing ceremonial scarves around the guests as a gesture of deep respect and honour to visitors to the Tuva Republic.
