At least nine killed in hotel fire in India's Kolkata

At least nine people died and six others were injured in a massive fire that broke out on Wednesday at a hotel in central Kolkata of India. Preliminary information suggested an air conditioner at the budget Shika Inn hotel may have exploded and caused the blaze according to the state fire services director. A forensic team was deployed to examine the scene after the fire had been brought under control.
