Footage showed a gathering of small boats moving slowly near the sheer rock cliff on Furnas Lake when a fissure appeared in the rock and a huge slab toppled onto at least two of the vessels. Furnas Lake is a popular tourist draw roughly 420 kilometers north of Sao Paulo. It's believed the rock fall could have been the result of recent heavy rain.
