At least 5 people killed in Factory explosion in Yinchuan, N.W China

At least five people were killed in an explosion at a workshop in Yinchuan, capital city of northwest China’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on Monday, according to local authorities.

The incident took place in the afternoon at a workshop of a new materials company located in the Ningdong Energy Chemical Industry Base. The open flames at the scene were fully extinguished and the cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
