Leadership Workshop: 3-Day Workshop for Civil Servants

The Union Civil Service Board organized a Leadership Workshop for the third time and the conclusion ceremony was held on Wednesday.

Chairman of the Union Civil Service Board U Than Swe discussed that the workshop aims to have better system for civil servant, promote the capacity of the civil service organizations and individuals and to nurture the good leaders who can serve for progress of the organization through cooperation, negotiation and unity. He said the workshop could help promote the capacity of the participants.

The workshop was held for 3 days from 14th to 16th February, and the participants from the departments and the Central Institutes of Civil Services joined the workshop. Awards were also presented to those who perform well in individual and group-wise discussions.
