Law Amended Cooperative Society Law : NDSC enacted Law Amended Cooperative Society Law

The National Defense and Security Council has enacted the Law Amending the Cooperative Society Law (The National Defense and Security Council Law No. 8/2026) on February 24, 2026, in accordance with Section 427 of the Constitution. The law consists of 14 Sections and Sub-Sections. It was signed by Acting President Senior General Min Aung Hlaing in accordance with the provisions of Section 427 of the Constitution.
