Lavrov meets UN chief on sidelines of the UNGA

Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with the United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York on Friday.

Lavrov and Guterres discussed the recent developments related to the conflict in Ukraine as well as the export of Russian fertilizers and the Black Sea Grain Initiative. Lavrov also met with his Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjarto. The ministers discussed cooperation in the energy sphere.
