Latin American & Caribbean Environment ministers negotiate common COP28 proposal

Latin American and Caribbean environment ministers are refining a unified proposal for presentation at COP28, scheduled to commence in Dubai on November 30.

During the Latin America and the Caribbean Climate Week summit in Panama City, Colombia's Environment Minister emphasizes the significance of achieving a consensus, saying that Latin America is one of the most vulnerable continents and its populations are specially vulnerable by climate change.
