Kyaik Hti Yoe Pagoda: Opening throughout the year

A total of over 150,000 of pilgrims from across the country came to the Kyaik Hti Yoe Pagoda from October 2022 to March 2023.

During Thingyan Holiday in this year, the Hotels, Guest Houses, Restaurants, shop stalls are opening like the previous years and arranged the 150 open-top trucks for travelers from 5th October to date, said a member of the Kyaik-htiyoe Pagoda Board of Trustees.

Cable car is running from YaThe Mountain to the Kyaik-Hti-Yoe Pagoda platform. X-ray machine has equipped at the pagoda to conduct security measures for safety of pilgrims. The Festival of the Kyaiktiyo Pagoda is usually held for seven months from Full Moon Day of Thadingyut to Full Moon Day of Kason. The pagoda is opening the three season. So, the pilgrims can visit the pagoda throughout the year.
