Korean national football team in Mexico

Mexican children cheer and wave Korean flags as the Korean national football team held its first public training session. Some eight hundred Mexican fans shouted out Son Heung-min’s name and cheered loudly when the Korean team’s captain waved back at them.

The Korean national team focused on adapting quickly to the grass field identical to the stadium they’re set to compete in and passing the ball.  Korea’s head coach Hong Myung-bo said, since he had already experimented with several combinations by the last warm-up match, he would fine-tune the tactics for the remaining three days until the first World Cup game.
