Knowledge enhancement seminar: Seminar on Automobile Awareness and Repairing

A seminar on motor vehicles knowledge and minor repairs techniques was held at the meeting hall of the Department of Natural Disasters Management under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement in Nay Pyi Taw on Tuesday along with the attendance of the Union Minster Dr. Soe Win. First, the Union Minister emphasized on the safety drive, increase of deaths toll rate due to the vehicle accidents, losing lives within a minute or a second and the importance of reduction the accidents.

He added that all the road users are needed to follow the road safety meausres and additionally to know vehicles knowledge to an extent. The State’s budget can be reduced if one’s or departments owned vehicles could be repaired or maintained systematically on its own and today’s talk will expand the knowledge on the vehicles for the staff.

Afterwards, the experts put discussion on basic formation of motor vehicles, tyres, engine structures and its designs, lubrication and engine oil replacement and maintenance, automobiles starting system and motor-based electrical control systems and on which, the attendees of personnel raised the quires on what they wanted to know.
