King Charles III glad of 'healing hug' from New Zealand women's rugby team

A New Zealand women's rugby player surprised King Charles III after asking him for a hug at a Buckingham Palace reception. The King accepted her request, and was then affectionately mobbed by a group of players.

He later made the squad laugh during an impromptu speech, when he said he much appreciated this chance to meet them and have such a warm hug from them. Details of his first major tour since his cancer diagnosis were released on Tuesday, with the King and his wife planning to travel to Australia and make a state visit to Samoa for a Commonwealth leaders' summit.
