Kazakistan Defense Minister visits Ankara

Kazakistan’s Defense Minister, Lieutenant General Dauren Kosanov, is in Ankara on Tuesday for official meetings, marking his first state visit to Turkiye since taking office in June. He was welcomed at the Ministry of National Defense by Turkish Defense Minister Yaşar Güler in a formal ceremony.

After the two national anthems were played, Kosanov inspected a guard of honour. Following the reception, Güler and Kosanov moved on to bilateral and delegation-level talks to discuss cooperation and defense issues.
