Kachin State Trip: SAC Member presents honourary awards

Member of the State Administration Council Daw Dwe Bu attended the third day of the certificates of honour and awards presenting ceremony in commemoration of the 76th Anniversary of Kachin State Day at the People's Sports ground in Myitkyina Township on Thursday.

At the ceremony, Chairman of the awarding committee gave briefing on the selection process for the honorable awards. Then, SAC member DawDwe Bu and other officials presented Excellent Performance in Social Field (1st Class and 2nd Class) awards, Excellent Performance in Administrative Field (3rd Class) awards, Excellent Performance in Economy Field (3rd Class) and Excellent Performance in Social Field (3rd Class) awards.

In commemoration of the 76th Anniversary of Kachin State Day, a total of 604 people and organizations have been honored for their excellent performance in various fields. Next, SAC member DawDwe Bu attended the meeting with the state/district/township-level members at the State Maternal and Child Care Supervisory Board office.

During the meeting, the SAC member urged the members to promote the lives of women in the state. After that, Patron of the Kachin State Committee on Women’s Affairs Daw Nan Sai နန်ဆိုင်းgave words of thanks, and the attendees reported their working activities.

Then, the SAC member presented honorable bouquet to the Chairperson, Secretary and member of the Kachin State Maternal and Child Care Association for their enthusiastic participation in the activities, and viewed round the State Maternal and Child Care Supervisory office.
