JP Emperor end of visiting UK

Japan’s Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako bid farewell to Britain’s King Charles and Queen Camilla at Buckingham Palace on Thursday to mark the end of the official portion of their visit to the UK.

The Emperor and Empress were officially invited to Britain by the King. After concluding their schedule as state guests, the Imperial couple visited Young V&A, a museum for children in east London. On Friday, the Emperor and Empress are scheduled to visit the University of Oxford, where they both studied in their youth.
