Jamaican PM Officialvisits to India

Prime Minister of Jamaica Dr. Andrew Holness arrived in India on a 4-day visit. This is his first visit to India, and also the first ever bilateral visit of a Prime Minister of Jamaica to India.

The visit is with an aim to bolster bilateral relations, enhance economic cooperation, and strengthen longstanding ties between Jamaica and India. During the visit, Holness will hold delegation level talks with his India Counterpart and call on the President and Vice President of India. A number of MoUs are expected to be signed during the visit giving a fillip to bilateral cooperation.
