Italian police recover 20 gold bars accidentally thrown away with household waste

Italian police recovered a box containing 20 small gold bars, worth around 120,000 euros, which was mistakenly discarded with household waste in Torre Lapillo, southeast Italy. After hours of searching at a waste processing facility, the Carabinieri were able to track it down and return it to its owner.
