During a televised address on Friday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed a ground operation is ongoing in Gaza to "dismantle" Hamas and to bring back the hostages. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Palestinians in Gaza to evacuate the northern region of the Gaza Strip as Israel expands its ground presence.
