Tehran said its 10-point plan for securing an end to the war with the United States would require Washington to accept its uranium enrichment program and the lifting of all sanctions. The proposal, mediated by Pakistan, also insists on continued Iranian control over the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz.

Key elements include complete US military withdrawal from the Middle East, cessation of attacks on Iranian interests, release of frozen assets, and a binding UN Security Council resolution. Iran’s Supreme National Security Council framed the plan as a potential diplomatic victory.
