International Literacy Day: Commemorative event held in Bago

A commemorative ceremony for the International Literacy Day was held at Bago City Hall on Sunday. Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win attended the ceremony, and made a speech.

During the ceremony, a message sent by the UNESCO Director-General was read out and a commemorative video clip was screened, followed by the students’ performance. The honorary awards were also presented to the students, participating in the entertainment programs.
