International Humanitarian Aid: Efforts for relief and reconstruction in quake-hit areas

Ongoing rescue and relief operations are being carried out in the earthquake-affected areas in coordination with the timely arrival of international humanitarian aid. Essential supplies, including medical equipment and rescue teams, are arriving daily at Nay Pyi Taw Air Base.

On Friday, medical teams from Singapore, humanitarian aid supplies and medications from Laos, medical teams and supplies from Bhutan, and humanitarian aid and medical supplies from China and Indonesia have arrived at the Airport. These teams will continue their work, providing search and rescue operations, medical treatment, and rebuilding efforts in the affected areas.
