





In the final event of the Inter-Universities Football Tournament for technological and computer universities, Nay Pyi Taw Zone Team secured the championship trophy by defeating Meikhtila Zone with a score of 2-1.
Chairman of the State Administration Council, Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, enjoyed the exciting match on Friday as Nay Pyi Taw Zone Team dominated the first half, securing an opening goal at 44 minutes through a penalty shootout.
Although Meikhtila Zone Team leveled the match with a goal at 62 minutes in the second half, Nay Pyi Taw Zone Team emerged victorious with a winning goal at 65 minutes. The prize presentation ceremony then followed, awarding medals and cash rewards to outstanding individuals, including the best goalkeeper, best defense players, best midfielders, best attacker, the most goal strikers, and the best player as well as the prize winning teams.
The Prime Minister presented cash rewards and the championship trophy to the first prize winner, Nay Pyi Taw Zone Team, highlighting their remarkable achievement in the tournament.
