Inter-Departmental Event: Shan State Chief Minister’s Cup Football Tournament

Awarding ceremony for Shan State Chief Minister’s Cup Inter-departmental football tournament (Men) was held at State Playground in Taunggyi on 4th January.

Chief Minister U Aung Aung, departmental officials, and enthusiast enjoyed the final match in which State municipal team beat Economic Affairs team. Then, the individual medals and cash awards were presented to the best players and goal keepers as well as the first, second and third place winners. It is learnt that 5 million kyat cash prize was awarded to the first place winning team while 3 million and 1.5 million kyat to the second and third place winning teams.
