Intellectual Property Rights: MOC organized the meeting of IP Rights Agency

The Intellectual Property Rights Agency held its meeting at the Ministry of Commerce in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

Agency Chairman Deputy Minister U Min Min attended the meeting and made a speech, urging all to make cooperative efforts for effective implementation of the agency’s tasks.

The Intellectual Property Rights Agency was formed as per the stipulations of the Intellectual Property Rights Law, and the bylaw for the Intellectual Property Rights Agency have been issued on 26th November 2024. The agency is tasked to mediate between the Central Committee for Intellectual Property Rights and the Intellectual Property Department.
